PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding apparatus in which, upon forming, on the outer periphery of a core member, a resin jacket layer with flow channels inside, precise setting is not required, a complicated structure like air holes provided for a die and a nipple is not required and it is possible to change the size of the cross-section of the flow channels arbitrarily.SOLUTION: In the extrusion molding apparatus to form flow channels for flowing fluid in the resin coating constituting an outer layer of the core member, positions of a nipple 2 equipped with a thin cylindrical member 2c with single or plural slits S and of a die 3 equipped with a resin discharging hole 3c accepting the cylindrical member 2c where the resin for jacketing flows, working together with a cartridge of a crosshead, are adjusted by rotating an adjusting cap positioned in front of the die, to control the size of the cross-section of the fluid flow channels provided in the resin jacket layer of the outer layer of the core member. |
