The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for plastic grid frame products using a synthetic resin and a plastic resin composition thereof. The inner material and the outer material composing the synthetic resin are respectively composed of 35-49 wt% of PVC, 28-32 wt% of a charcoal synthetic resin, 15-22 wt% of filler, 1.8-2.5 wt% of a reinforcing material, 1.5-2.5 wt% of a composite stabilizer, 0.1-0.3 wt% of a composite pigment, 0.1-0.2 wt% of an activator, and 4.5-5.5 wt% of other additives and 60-72 wt% of a charcoal PVC, 3.5-4.5 wt% of a composite stabilizer, 4.5-5.5 wt% of a composite pigment, 15-23 wt% of a wood charcoal, and 5-7 wt% of a other additives by which the synthetic resin grid frame is manufactured and the frame is formed of the inner material and the outer material. The present invention uses PVC as a raw material, so the production cost can be reduced, and the grid frame can be used for a minor ingredient for a floor material, a stair material, and a pergola material each of which has excellent waterproof performance, a soaking performance, abrasion resistance, and thermal impact resistance. |
