<p>The invention concerns a modular device for the buildings of masonry walls, comprising two parallel end walls (110, 130) between which it is formed at the least a space (160, 170), said two parallel end walls (110, 130) being connected by a plurality of bridges (150, 140) which do not cover the whole area transversal to said two parallel end walls (110, 130), characterised in that it further comprises at least a central wall (120) between said to parallel end walls which form with these corresponding at least a first space (160) and a second space (170) suitable to be filled respectively by insulating polyurethane foams and concrete, and in that; said at least a central wall (120) is connected to said to parallel end walls (110, 130) by means of said variety of bridges (150, 140); a first wall (110) of said to parallel end walls (110, 130) comprises at least an internal space for the ventilation; a second wall (130) of said two parallel end walls (110, 130) comprises at least an internal space for the wiring; said modular device being formed by rigid, fireproof and self-extinguishing plastic and presenting means suitable to the coupling with equal modular devices. The invention further concerns a building system for the construction of buildings, comprising a plurality of modules for the construction of various parts of a building according to the invention.</p> |
