PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing method of an organic electroluminescent element which can hold excellent sealing performance (light emission performance) when installed on a curved surface, and to provide a sealing method of an organic electroluminescent panel manufactured by arranging a plurality of organic electroluminescent elements.SOLUTION: The sealing method of an organic electroluminescent element 1 having, on a flexible element substrate 11, a pair of electrodes 12, 14, an organic compound layer 13 including at least one luminous layer between the electrodes 12, 14, and further having an adhesive layer 20 and a flexible sealing base material 30 includes a primary hardening step for hardening the adhesive layer 20, a step for deforming the organic electroluminescent element 1, and a secondary hardening step for hardening the adhesive layer 20 while deforming the organic electroluminescent element 1. |
