PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom ventilation device including a filter in which filter clogging is detected just by a pressure loss detection value acquired by a ventilation motor without being influenced by the increase of outside wind pressure from outside of the duct and the contamination of foreign matter into the duct.SOLUTION: A bathroom ventilation device includes: a ventilation air path which sucks air inside a bathroom through a filter 4 and which includes a ventilation fan 3 for sucking air from other rooms and exhausting from an exhaust duct 7; a pressure loss detection means 9 which detects pressure loss of the ventilation air path based on the characteristic of a ventilation motor 2 for driving the ventilation fan 3; and a bathroom shutter 5 which is provided between the filter 4 and the exhaust duct 7 and which is capable of controlling to open/close an air suction path from the bathroom. The pressure loss detection means 9 compares a first pressure loss level acquired with the bathroom shutter 5 being open and a second pressure loss level acquired with the bathroom shutter 5 being closed, and if the difference between the first pressure loss level and the second pressure loss level becomes within a predetermined value, the pressure loss detection means 9 determines the clogging of the filter 4 and notifies it. |
