The actuator (01) has an electromotor (02) with a hollow shaft (03) constructed in the rotor. A threaded spindle (06) is connected with a steering linkage, and is extended through the hollow shaft. The hollow shaft is rotatably connected to the torque-proof spindle nut (08) which is frictionally coupled with the threaded spindle. The hollow shaft is adapted to enclose the spindle nut completely, by the rotation of the hollow shaft by an axial movement of the threaded spindle. The hollow shaft and the spindle nut are integrally formed in the main portion.
