<p>The deflecting mirror device (20) has a deflecting mirror (21) that is provided with two projecting leg portions (22). The deflecting mirror and the projecting leg portions are integrally formed of ceramic material. A tube-shaped mirror support portion (23) is made of plastic material. The deflection mirror is fixed in the tube-shaped mirror support portion without any backlash so that the fluid is passed around the deflecting mirror through a tubular section of the mirror support portion. An independent claim is included for an ultrasonic flowmeter.</p> |
