The present invention relates to a removable handle for a cover of a cookware, in which the removable handle can be assembled with or disassembled from the cover of the cookware through simple manipulation, so that the volume of the cookware can be reduced when the cookware is stored and packaged, and the cover can be easily cleaned. The removable handle comprises: a locking plate (110) attached to a hole of the cover of the cookware and having rectangular holes (115) formed in predetermined size symmetrically to each other; a body (10) having an outer diameter greater than that of the hole, having a bottom surface making contact with a cover top surface around the hole, and including a hollow body part (11), and an extension part (12) extending in one direction from the body part; a pair of fixing levers (20) located in an internal space of the body part, provided at an inner part of an upper end portion thereof with an inclined surface (21), and having a lower protrusion part (22) having a top surface locked with a connection part (116) of the locking plate; a guide part (30) fixed to the inner part of the body part and having a receiving groove (31) in which the fixing levers are received; a support part (40) press-fitted into the inner portion of the body part to surround the guide part and supporting the fixing levers; a manipulation part (50) formed integrally with a button (51) protruding out of the body part and a pressing member (55) in a hemispherical shape convexed down; a return spring (60) provided between the fixing lever and the support part to return to allow the fixing lever to return to an initial position of the fixing lever; and a coupling screw (35) coupled with a screw coupling member of the body part to fix the guide part. |
