Provided is a photoelectric conversion device which substantially equalizes a parasitic capacitance of a light signal common output line that commonly transmits light signals and a control signal line and a parasitic capacitance of an initial voltage common output line that commonly transmits an initial voltage and a control signal line of a plurality of photoelectric conversion units. The control signal line is placed to substantially equalize a length of a wiring parallel to the light signal common output line and a wiring parallel to the initial voltage common output line, and to substantially equalize an interval with the light signal common output line and an interval with the initial voltage common output line.
