The present invention relates to a production method of a new tautomycetin derivative using Streptomyces sp. CK4412 strains and an immunosuppressant including thereof as an active ingredient, which provides a production method of 5-deoxy tautomycetin producing tmcR genes from chromosome DNA of the Streptomyces sp. CK4412 strains. Using the 5-deoxy tautomycetin, the immunosuppression ability of the immunosuppressant is improved and the toxicity of the immunosuppressant is reduced compare to existing tautomycetin.
