<p>1287916 Cabinets L F BARROERO 25 Sept 1969 47329/69 Heading A4B [Also in Divisions E1 E2 and F4] A refrigerator display case comprises a transparent semi-cylindrical door 28, Fig. 4, supported by arms 60, 64 pivotally mounted on vertical post 56 standing within the case. The door when opened, by pivotal movement about post 56, lies within the case, and is biased to a closed position by a torsion bar within the post. A door-supporting curved track may replace arm 64. Post 56 supports shelves 114, 116. Each shelf is supported on a bracket 86, Fig. 5, which engages the radially extending flanges of shelf tube 68 fitted over post 56. Brackets 86 may be secured on tube 68 by means of a pin passing through one of the holes in a radial flange or in the tube 68, or by means of toothed pivoted grippers which grip tube 68. The shelves and tube 68 are rotated by electric motor. A strap extends across the top face of each shelf to hold items on the shelf stationary relative to the moving shelf and adjacent the door opening. The display case may comprise more than one door.</p> |
