PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel type flood disaster evacuation facility which is a strong structure built more inexpensively than a highrise building or a tower, enables quick and safe evacuation of many people, and is thus disposed relatively easily for each distance enabling immediate evacuation from residences or households.SOLUTION: A flood disaster evacuation device includes a foundation pool fixed to the ground and including a breakwater/bulkhead enabling entry of water from the outside, and a vessel type float 2 surrounded with the breakwater/bulkhead to be mounted on the foundation pool to float/separate via a vibration proof mechanism 4, and having an evacuation gate 8 fixed to the ground by an elongated/contracted anchor type fixing device 5. |
