PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery box capable of preventing water and mud from intruding from the lower part of a vehicle and making an opening smaller than the dimension when there is a restriction by a critical drawing ratio in deep drawing.SOLUTION: A battery box 1 includes a flange 11, a side wall 12, a bottom wall 13, a seat part 14, a bottom cover 15 and a corner part 16. The flange 11 is connected to a floor panel 101 of a vehicle. The side wall 12 continues gently with the flange 11. The bottom wall 13 continues gently with the side wall 12 and has an open hole 13A in the center. At least one each of the seat part 14 is disposed on both sides with the open hole 13A in the center, and protrudes above the bottom wall 13. The bottom cover 15 is fitted to the open hole 13A. The corner part 16 forms a curved surface on which a center 16A of a curvature radius 16R is set inside a corner 21 of a battery 2 placed in the seat part 14, and causes the side wall 12 and the bottom wall 13 to continue gently with each other. |
