PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain an adjustment parameter for making the control response characteristics of a control loop close to desired control response characteristics in the case of replacing an old control device with a new control device whose control algorithm is different and whose adjustment parameter is incompatible.SOLUTION: Controlled variables PV and manipulated variables MV in a control loop constituted of a control device 1A (old control device) and a control object 2, in which desired control response characteristics are obtained, are acquired to create the model of the control object 2. The control response characteristics which may be acquired in the control loop constituted of a control device 1B(new control device) and the control object 2 are obtained from the created model of the control object 2 and the control algorithm of the control device 1B, and an adjustment parameter (P,I,D parameter) of the control device 1B for making the obtained control response characteristics approximate to desired control response characteristics is obtained as a PID'. This obtained adjustment parameter PID' is set in the control device 1B. |
