PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive cesium containing water treatment method, fly ash treatment method, radioactive cesium containing water treatment device, and fly ash treatment device capable of effectively treating radioactive cesium containing water and fly ash when using iron blue as an adsorbent.SOLUTION: A radioactive cesium containing water treatment method includes: a process for supplying radioactive cesium containing water to an adsorption tower 16 including iron blue and allowing radioactive cesium to be adsorbed to iron blue; and a process for catching iron blue to be leaked from the adsorption tower 16. A radioactive cesium containing water treatment device 1 includes: the adsorption tower 16 including iron blue to adsorb radioactive cesium; and a catching part 17 arranged on the outlet side of the adsorption tower 16 and catching iron blue to be leaked from the adsorption tower 16.
