PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overbed table which can move, even in the case high bed fences are disposed on the two sides of a bed, and can be adjusted in the height of a table portion, and in which an operation unit arranged at the table portion for operating to lock/unlock the caster by the user himself thereby to fix the overbed table.SOLUTION: An overbed table 1 comprises: a pair of vertically movable table supporting portions 11 at two ends; a bridging frame portion 12 disposed at the paired vertically movable table supporting portions; a table portion 13 formed at the central portion of the bridging frame portion 12 through inclined portions 122 or through vertical portions, wherein bed fences B1 are positioned, if necessary, at their upper portions in the clearances between the table supporting portions and the inclined portions, so that the table portion can take a position lower than the upper end of the bed fences. |
