PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method relevant to online payment but irrelevant to a physical card for execution.SOLUTION: In a method for online payment, a seller-side electronic device accepts user input of an account number and payment information relevant to a transaction, and transmits those to a transaction platform. A buyer-side electronic device transmits a payment approval number to the transaction platform. The transaction platform transmits the payment information to the buyer-side electronic device. The buyer-side electronic device accepts input of personal identification number (PIN), and transmits a confirmation number to the transaction platform. The transaction platform communicates with a bank terminal in order to process payment of the transaction. |
