PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display testing device and a display testing method which are capable of easily solving a power supply trouble or the like due to a human error of a field worker when testing display.SOLUTION: The display testing device includes an AC/DC converter 1 for supplying a test DC voltage to a remote controller 20 when testing display and second and third normal/test changeover switches 24and 24provided in the remote controller 20. A normal side terminal, a test side terminal, and a common terminal of the second normal/test changeover switch 24are connected to a DC plus power terminal P in the remote controller 20, a plus voltage output terminal of the AC/DC converter 1, and a first display power terminal 26respectively, and a normal side terminal, a test side terminal, and a common terminal of the third normal/test changeover switch 24are connected to a DC minus power terminal N in the remote controller 20, a minus voltage output terminal of the AC/DC converter 1, and an output terminal of a display substrate 23 respectively. |
