PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, communication system, and radio access point connection method that can save MAC address resources when setting information to establish connection with a wireless LAN is set.SOLUTION: A communication device 1 has a bridge function to mutually converts Ethernet data and wireless LAN data, is connected with an information processing device 6 capable of Ethernet connection, and connects the information processing device 6 with a wireless access point 7. The communication device 1, by a DHCP server unit 2, receives a DHCP discover from the information processing device 6 and transmits a DHCP offer including an IP address allocated in response to the reception to the information processing device 6, and, by a setting unit 3, receives setting information to connect with the wireless access point 7 from the information processing device 6 having the IP address included in the DHCP offer, and, by a control unit 4, controls connection with the wireless access point 7 by use of the setting information. |
