The sliding element is switched from a position for receiving the connection bar, in which a set of fastenings units (15, 16) of the connection bar is placed opposite to another set of fastening units (17, 18) to another position for fixing seat portions (12, 13) of a bench seat, in which the fastening units are attached with each other in complementary to seat portions of the bench seat.
