PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure and a mounting member for a transmitter-receiver which can reduce the operation time and labor of the mounting operation of a transducer for a ship while maintaining superior transmitting/receiving sensitivity.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 1 for mounting a transducer 12 on a ship 10 provided with a fish-pond 14 includes a guide member 2 and a mounting member 4. The guide member 2 has a guide member main body 21 cylindrically formed so as to overstretch along the inner wall face of a through hole 16 which is formed in a ship bottom plate 15 demarcating the bottom face of the fish-pond 14, and is fixed to the ship bottom plate 15. The mounting member 4 is fixed with the transducer 12 and detachably mounted on the guide member 2. The transmitting/receiving face 1211 of the transducer 12 which transmits/receives ultrasonic waves is located on the inside of the guide member 2 or on the outside of the ship bottom, in a state in which the mounting member 4 is mounted on the guide member 2.
