PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens which suppresses the onset risk of secondary cataract by sufficiently circulating aqueous humor between the outside and inside of a crystalline capsule and in the crystalline capsule.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens, which is inserted into a crystalline capsule, includes: a lens body which has lens functions; a support part which supports the lens body in the crystalline capsule; and a projection which is provided so as to come into contact with a posterior capsule for separating the lens body from the posterior capsule. A first circulation mechanism is provided which can circulate aqueous humor between the outside and inside of the crystalline capsule through the lens body, and a second circulation mechanism is provided which can circulate the aqueous humor between a region between the lens body and the posterior capsule and other regions in the crystalline capsule through the projection. |
