PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress various illegal actions while performing an automatic transaction.SOLUTION: Positions of a card insertion/discharge port 19 and a paper money insertion port 20 in a concave operation part 11 of an automatic ticket vending machine 1 are offset in a forward/backward direction from positions of a ticket issuing port 21 and a paper money discharge port 22. Thus, when imaging the concave operation part 11 from above by a hand imaging camera 29, the ticket issuing port 21 and the paper money discharge port 22 are not hidden by the card insertion/discharge port 19 and the paper money insertion port 20, thereby the card insertion/discharge port 19, the paper money insertion port 20, the ticket issuing port 21 and the paper money discharge port 22 can be reliably imaged and monitored from above respectively. Hence, various illegal actions against the card insertion/discharge port 19, the paper money insertion port 20, the ticket issuing port 21 and the paper money discharge port 22 can be suppressed. |
