PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method to promote human health.SOLUTION: The system is composed of a method and a technique designed to improve alignment of a body posture, movable ranges of joints, moisture supply to muscles, bone density and overall health status of musculoskeletal system. In the system, a series of excises designed to strengthen muscles, fascial structure and myofascial structures by stretching them are combined. The system is used together with a vibration roller device which can be used with a head cradle. By application of vibration to a body through a combination with the technique explained here, the fascial structures are stimulated. The system is beneficial for a user in improving his/her quality of life. |
