PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power receiving apparatus capable of suitably accommodating both of contact type power transmission and non-contact type power transmission with a relatively simple configuration and to provide a power transmission system having the same.SOLUTION: A power transmission system 10 includes a non-contact type first power transmission route EL1 that contactlessly transmits electric power between respective apparatuses 11, 21 for power transmission from a system power supply E to a vehicular battery 22, and a second power transmission route EL2 whose part is formed from a cable C1 for connecting the system power supply E with a vehicle-side apparatus 21. On a common route EL3 of the respective power transmission routes EL1, EL2, there is provided a step-up rectifier circuit 24 that outputs DC power of a higher voltage value than a voltage value of the vehicular battery 22. |
