PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sealing method of permanent magnets which achieves excellent productivity and workability and enables the operation at low costs.SOLUTION: In a resin sealing method of permanent magnets, permanent magnets 14, which are inserted into multiple magnet insertion holes 13 formed at a rotor lamination iron core 12 formed by laminating multiple iron core pieces, are fixed by injecting a resin member 15 into the magnet insertion holes 13. The rotor lamination iron core 12 set in a transfer tray 16 and where the permanent magnets 14 are inserted into the magnet insertion holes 13 is transferred between an upper mold 21 and a lower mold 17 and is pressed by the upper mold 21 and the lower mold 17. The permanent magnets 14 are resin sealed to the magnet insertion holes 13 through the process. |
