<p>PURPOSE:To increase current flow without increment of external dimensions by forming helical groove at the circumference of a bobbin, filling in such groove an electrically conductive metal and by isolating said metal of the one groove from that of the adjacent grooves. CONSTITUTION:A helical groove is formed on the circumference of a bobbin 6. A casting mold is used for the bobbin 6 and an electrically conductive metal 7 is supplied into such casting mold. The circumference of bobbin 6 is cut. Thereby, the electrically conductive metal 7 is filled in the helical groove formed at the circumference of bobbin 6, the electrically conductive metal 7 in the adjacent grooves is insulated each other by the crest of groove and thereby it works like a coil.</p> |
