摘要 The present invention relates to a ceramic material coated with colloid particle-stabilized ceramic foam and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention includes a supporting body formed of ceramics and a ceramic foam coating layer coated on one side of the supporting body, wherein the ceramic foam coating layer is produced by using a colloid particle-stabilizing method to have a cellular pore structure. The manufacturing method of the ceramic material comprises the following steps: a supporting body formation step for forming the ceramic supporting body by sintering or by other methods; a preparation step for preparing material powder and a surfactant; a ceramic foam production step for forming a mixture of the material powder and water, and producing colloid particle-stabilized foam after adding the surfactant; a ceramic foam coating step for coating the ceramic foam produced from the ceramic foam production step on one side of the supporting body produced from the supporting body formation step to obtain a coating layer; a drying step for drying the supporting body and the ceramic foam coating layer; and a sintering step for sintering the dried supporting body and ceramic foam coating layer. According to the present invention, the ceramic foam coating layer and the supporting body are combined to each other without a separate adhesive, the hardness of the ceramic material is maintained, and the thermal conduction through the ceramic foam can be controlled.
