<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a deinked pulp by which the high-quality deinked waste paper pulp can be produced by considerably reducing dirt of the deinked pulp produced from printed waste paper including acid-free newspaper having bad deinkability. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the deinked pulp includes the steps of: disintegration for disintegrating the printed waste paper; screening for removing dust; floatation for carrying out the deinking treatment; bleaching for carrying out bleaching and soaking treatment; kneading for carrying out dispersion treatment; and cleaning for carrying out cleaning treatment, wherein sodium hydroxide is 0.7-3.5% based on the mass of bone dry pulp in the disintegration step, the temperature at the exit of a bleaching column is 75-90°C in the bleaching step, and a high-temperature disperser treatment is carried out at 90-130°C in a kneading step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
