A soil bag anchoring and injecting device for constructing a soil bag according to the present invention improves productivity by facilitating the anchorage and detachment of a soil bag to an anchoring device; compacts soil by naturally applying vibrations; and enables users to easily bind the soil bag by tightening the opening of the soil bag with a simple operation.
