The present invention relates to a display device and a light emitting device. The display device includes light sources which generate light, luminous flux control members which refract the generated light, a driving substrate on which the light sources are mounted, a cover which receives the driving substrate, and reflecting units which are arranged on the driving substrate or the cover and reflect the refracted light. According to the present invention, the light from the light sources is diffused in a wide range as the reflecting units of the driving substrate reflect the light refracted on the luminous flux control members.
