The present invention relates to an interior panel having a ventilation device for a clean room. In blowing air from outside through an air duct and to the inside using a damper for opening and shutting, the damper is installed onto the panel which forms the interior wall, and inside the air duct which is formed on the inner side of the panel for ventilating the air. The air flowed in is thereby readily opened and closed by the panel. Moreover, a repair or a replacement work is easier since the work does not require a worker to climb onto the ceiling. |
