The present invention relates to a molten iron decarburization method for manufacturing stainless steels. The decarburization method of stainless steels according to the present invention comprises: a step to feed molten iron in a converter provided with a top-blowing lance and a bottom-blowing nozzle; a first oxygen blowing-in step to supply first top-blowing oxygen to the top-blowing lance and first bottom-blowing oxygen to the bottom-blowing nozzle; and a second oxygen blowing-in step to supply FeCr to the molten iron, supply second top-blowing oxygen to the top-blowing lance, and supply second bottom-blowing oxygen to the bottom-blowing nozzle. The total amount of the first top-blowing and bottom-blowing oxygen in the first oxygen blowing-in step is identical with the total amount of the second top-blowing and bottom-blowing oxygen in the second oxygen blowing-in step, and the amount of the second bottom-blowing oxygen is larger than the amount of the first bottom-blowing oxygen.
