The present invention relates to a breeding method of mushrooms which puts mushrooms in the form of mononuclear spawns and binuclear mycelia on a cultivation facility, and wind pollinates the mushrooms. The present invention also relates to a breeding method of mushrooms, which produces fruit bodies by the wind pollination. Specifically, the wind pollination is performed in the cultivation facility at a temperature of 10-30°C, in a relative humidity of 85-95%, and at an illuminance of 150-300 lux.
