The present invention relates to a solid insulated switchgear. In a gas insulated switchgear which includes a bus bar, a three-stage switching unit, and a bus connection system, the solid insulated switchgear includes a vacuum circuit breaker whose one end is connected to the bus bar and the other end is connected to the three-stage switching unit, and an external case which surrounds the vacuum circuit breaker. The solid insulated switchgear obtains high insulation performance by shielding the vacuum circuit breaker with insulation materials.
