FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: proposed emergency brake incorporates set of gears driven by rope drum. One of said gears is traced/read by read lever of retainer. Retainer opposite end interacts with ratchet gear wheel of aforesaid set. In case maximum rpm is exceeded, retainer engages with ratchet gear wheel to turn the retainer carrier.
