A system and a method for automatically connecting calls between plural terminals are provided to prevent waste of manpower and time due to unnecessary call attempts by making call attempts only for call-connectible terminals in case of carrying out survey research. A system for automatically connecting calls between plural terminals comprises a telephone network(30) and an automatic connection server(40). The telephone network checks whether a specific terminal is in a call enable state, transmits a checked result to the automatic connection server, and connects a speech path for a terminal for which the automatic connection server makes a call connection request. The automatic connection server consists of an automatic connection processing module(41) and a web server(42). The automatic connection processing module comprises a researcher terminal searching part, a target terminal state checking part, and a call connection request part. The researcher terminal searching part confirms whether the first terminal is in a busy state. The target terminal state checking part registers a plurality of the second terminals, and requests the telephone network to check whether an arbitrary one among the registered terminals is in a call enable state. The call connection request part matches the first terminal with an arbitrary one of the second terminals in one-to-one correspondence and requests the telephone network to make a call connection between the two terminals. |
