The present invention provides a noodle manufacturing machine having a rolling mill and a noodle cutter as one body. The noodle manufacturing machine according to the present invention comprises a rolling mill milling and molding the kneading; a frame supporting the rolling mill; an accommodation space equipped in the frame; a noodle cutter; and a horizontal guide means for horizontally transporting the noodle cutter between the stand-by position within the accommodation space and a working position outside the accommodation space. According to the present invention, the rolling mill and the noodle cutter are equipped as one body, and the noodle cutter is able to be put in the accommodation space or transported to the upper part of the rolling mill when the noodle cutter is not in use, which is able to drastically reduce the installation space of the machine and to improve the convenience in use of an operator. |
