A message service server and a method for transmitting a reply message to all receivers are provided to prepare a whole reply message to a group message through a unique index, and then transmit the prepared massage to the whole receivers(except for oneself) and a caller. A message service server(130) for group reply comprises the followings: a group short message receiving part for assigning unique indices to the telephone number of an arbitrary mobile terminal and receiver list, and then storing them in a database; a group short message transmitting part for transmitting a menu where the unique index is set and the group message included in the receiver list to the each mobile terminal corresponding to each receiver number; and a group reply managing part for transmitting a whole reply message to mobile terminals corresponding to phone numbers except for the phone number of a mobile terminal which transmitted the whole reply message among telephone numbers corresponding to each unique index, in case a mobile terminal which received the group message transmits the whole reply message by using the menu. |
