PURPOSE: A client image management system and a method thereof are provided to reduce client image confirmation time by displaying images through a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An image photographing device (100) takes a photograph of a client. The image photographing device transmits the photographed image through a communication network (300). A management server (500) generates a client folder. The management server stores the transmitted image in the client folder. A portable terminal (700) displays the stored client image by connecting to the management server. The portable terminal operates an application for managing clients. The application temporally displays the client image stored in the client folder during operation.
