PURPOSE: Grain-oriented electrical steel sheets and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture grain-oriented electrical steel sheets with low iron loss and high magnetic flux density by steadily forming second recrystallized grains, controlling first recrystallized grains to have a desired size distribution in an elevated temperature. CONSTITUTION: Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing steel slabs; manufacturing steel sheets by re-heating and hot-rolling the steel slabs and then annealing the hot-rolled steel sheets or omitting the process; performing decarburization annealing for the steel sheets in 800-850°C and in an oxidizing gas atmosphere of 60-65°C; performing simultaneous decarbonization nitriding and annealing for the steel sheets in 850-900°C and in an oxidizing gas atmosphere of 65-72°C; and finally annealing the steel sheets after performing a first and a second cracking. |
