A foot mat is disclosed. The foot mat comprises a reverse side material (4) including a circular protrusion member (4a) composed of silicone to adhere to the indoor floor and having a corrugated member (40) formed on the surface thereof; a cushion part (50) placed on the top of the reverse side material (4); and a surface material (3) placed on the top of the cushion part (50) and having a corrugated member (30) formed on the surface thereof. The present invention further comprises an edge fabric sheet (5) enveloping the edges of the reverse side material (4) and the surface material (3); and a quilting thread (6) for quilting and fixing the surface material (3), the cushion part (50) and the reverse side material (4) with a quilting unit. Therefore the foot mat according to the present invention gives cushion better than an existing foot mat via air layers formed between an intermediate material, the reverse side material and the surface material. Also the present invention has advantage in sanitation by quickly absorbing moisture including sweat from a foot because the main component of the surface material is cotton or mixture of cotton and polyester which has excellent water absorption. Also the present invention can prevent slip on the floor and can provide massage therapy with the protrusion member (4a) on the bottom of the reverse side material.
