摘要 The present invention relates to a nozzle printable conductive ink for a silicon solar cell upper electrode in which organometal additives which are soluble in a conductive ink solvent and insoluble thin section or wire shaped conductive additives are added to the conductive ink which includes micrometer or less sized conductive metal particles and glass frit. The nozzle printable conductive ink for a silicon solar cell upper electrode restricts excessive spread of the conductive ink discharged through a nozzle on a silicon solar cell substrate by including the thin section or wire shaped conductive additives which are insoluble in the solvent and the organometal additives which are soluble in the solvent and reduces contact resistance by enhancing adhesion with the silicon solar cell. In addition, a sintering additive which comprises nickel and copper nanoparticles included in the nozzle printable conductive ink for a silicon solar cell upper electrode forms a nickel silicide and a silver-copper eutectic alloy in order to lower contact resistance and improve electric conductivity.
