PYRAZOLE DERIVATIVES AND THEIR MANUFACTURE AND USE

The present invention provides a pyrazole derivative of the general formula I (I) in which n represents 1, 2, 3 or 4, R1, R2, R3 and R4 each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a trifluoromethyl group, a nitro group or an amino group, the atom or group represented by each of the symbols R1, R2, R3 and R4 being in the ortho-, meta- or para-position, and X represents a cyano group, an aminocarbonyl group, a lower alkoxycarbonyl group or a carboxyl group or a physiologically tolerable salt thereof. The compounds are pharmacologically active substances which are distinguished more especially by the fact that they possess a pronounced anti-inflammatory activity, are well tolerated by the stomach and have only a relatively low toxicity. In addition, these compounds are frequently distinguished by the fact that their action commences rapidly and is of high intensity and of long duration; they also have a favourable resorbability, and a relatively good stablility in galenical formulations.
