<p>The present invention addresses the problem of providing a gas spring device that readily responds to a change in the load weight over a wide range and that does not require intaking or discharging of gas with a position change, as well as a balancer device and an actuator using the same. In order to resolve this problem, the present invention is provided with: a gas spring (3) for generating a force proportional to the pressure difference between the pressure in an internal space and the atmospheric pressure; a gas intake/discharge part (8a) capable of adjusting the amount of gas in the internal space in the gas spring (3); a rotating body (12a) connected to the gas spring (3) and subjected to a torque caused by the force generated by the gas spring (3); a displacement part (14a), which is connected to the rotating body (12a) and which is displaced together with the rotating action of the rotating body (12a); a speed change part (80a) provided between the rotating body (12a) and the displacement part (14a) and/or between the gas spring (3) and the rotating body (12a); and a torque compensation unit (81a) for substantially eliminating the torque acting on the rotating body (12a) when the amount of gas in the internal space in the gas spring (3) is a specific value.</p> |
