PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating body imparting antiseptic and antifungal ability to an exothermic composition thereof and having excellent heat generating property.SOLUTION: A heating body 1 containing an exothermic composition comprising an oxidizable metal, a carbon component and water, is provided. The heating body 1 contains a tri-alkali metal phosphate, a content of water in the heating body 1 is 50 pts.mass to 90 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the oxidizable metal, and a content of the tri-alkali metal phosphate is 0.5 pts.mass to 1.1 pts.mass in terms of phosphate group based on 100 pts.mass of the oxidizable metal. |
