PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting tool onto a bicycle handlebar capable of being mounted regardless of the diameter of the handlebar and being mounted without any deviation. SOLUTION: The mounting tool 4 includes a retaining member 5 for retaining a bell and a light, for example, and a band 6 wound around the handlebar 2. The band includes: a band-shaped body 11 formed with a plurality of locking holes 11b and having flexural elasticity; a locking portion 12 formed at a proximal portion; and a sandwiching portion 13 consecutively mounted on the locking portion. The retaining member includes an insertion hole 21 for inserting the body, a stopper 22 formed at an opening portion of the insertion hole and a protrusion 24 engaged with the locking hole of the band. In fitting the mounting tool onto the handlebar, when the body is inserted into the insertion hole, the retaining portion is sandwitched between the retaining member and the handlebar and the body is pulled, the locking portion is engaged with the stopper 22 to prevent the band from escaping.
