The present invention relates to a system for controlling standby power of three-phase power type load facility capable of automatically blocking unnecessary standby power supplied to an industrial facility in which three-phase power is used. For this, the present invention provides the system for controlling standby power of three-phase power type load facility comprising a magnet switch for supplying or blocking power to a three-phase power type load facility; an external current transformer and an external voltage transformer for lowering the intensity of the current and voltage supplied to measure the load applied to the three-phase power type load facility; a master control unit having a driving unit for controlling the operation of the magnet switch, a measurement unit for measuring the current and voltage outputted from the external voltage transformer, and a center control unit for controlling the driving unit based on the data measured in the measurement unit to block unnecessary standby power or to supply or block the power to the three-phase power type load facility according to the predetermined schedule information by responding to a user's pattern; a main panel unit which is connected to the master control unit by a three-phase power line communication line to perform the power line communication; and a down transformer which is installed in a branch line of the three-phase power line communication line to convert the three-phase power to a single phase power, wherein the single phase power outputted in the down transformer is connected to a power unit of the master control unit.
