A set of oligodesoxyribonycleotide primers and fluorescent-marked DNA-probe for identification of human coronavirus associated with severe sharp respiratory syndrome includes one external and two internal oligonucleotides having activity of upstream and downstream primers in a polymerase chain reaction, as well as fluorescent-marked DNA-probe, which have the following structure: external downstream primer NR: 5'-CTTTTGGCAATGTTGTK(G/T)CCTT-3', internal upstream (F) and downstream (R) primers 5'?3' F: 5'- AAAATGTCTGATAATGGACCCC-3' and R: 5'-ACCACCACGAR(A/G)CTCGTCG-3'; fluorescent-marked DNA-probe Z: 5'-TY(C/T)CACCAAATGTAATGCGGGG-3'.
