FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for detection of genetic material (RNA) of human coronavirus associated with severe sharp respiratory syndrome (SSRS). A set of oligodesoxyribonycleotide primers and fluorescent-marked DNA-probe for identification of human coronavirus associated with severe sharp respiratory syndrome includes one external and two internal oligonucleotides having activity of upstream and downstream primers in a polymerase chain reaction, as well as fluorescent-marked DNA-probe, which have the following structure: external downstream primer NR: 5'-CTTTTGGCAATGTTGTK(G/T)CCTT-3', internal upstream (F) and downstream (R) primers 5'?3' F: 5'- AAAATGTCTGATAATGGACCCC-3' and R: 5'-ACCACCACGAR(A/G)CTCGTCG-3'; fluorescent-marked DNA-probe Z: 5'-TY(C/T)CACCAAATGTAATGCGGGG-3'. The set of primers and the probe allow identifying human coronavirus associated with SSRS, as well as coronaviruses similar to human SSRS-coronavirus, which are extracted from palm civets, raccoon dogs and fruit bats by means of PCR method in real time mode so that more long-lasting amplified fragment of NP-gene of coronavirus is obtained.EFFECT: improvement of the method.2 dwg, 5 tbl, 2 ex |
