PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast furnace operation method capable of improving the burning rate of a solid reduction material without the loss of energy.SOLUTION: When dust coat(solid reduction material) 6 is blown from a tuyere 3, by mixing a dispersion material 9 by 1 to 15% in a weight ratio to dust coal (solid reduction material) 6 blown from the tuyere 3, the burning quality of the solid reduction material can be improved without losing heat energy. Further, the dispersion material 9 having a melting point of 100°C or higher and a boiling point of 400°C or lower and being a compound made of a combination of any element of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen, thus the burning quality of the solid reduction material such as dust coal 6 can be more improved. Further, the compound being benzoic acid or phthalic anhydride, thus the burning quality of the solid reduction material such as the dust coal 6 can be more improved. |
